It is important for us to ensure you love what you have ordered from LIGNE 8. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the goods in a re-saleable condition along with the original packaging. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt in a prepaid package. And we will issue you a full refund (excluding original delivery charges, if any), subject to the terms and conditions detailed below. Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange (except when the items shipped are defective or damaged).
Please handle all item(s) returned with care. LIGNE 8 reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable. All item(s) should be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and packaging with all LIGNE 8 garment tags intact along with the completed returns form. Returns that are soiled, damaged or altered, will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We will be unable to accept the return of any item(s) where these instructions have not been followed.
How To Make a Return
1) If you are a registered customer
To make a return, please login and visit your account page. In “My Dashboard” page, select the appropriate order and click “Return”. Complete the web form and click “Submit”. Once complete, you will receive an email confirmation.
Please print out a copy of the email to enclose in your returns package.
2) If you are guest customer
If you purchase your order via our guest checkout, please download and fill out the Guest Check Out Returns Form here. Please enclose the completed form in your returns package.
You can post returns package using your service of choice. However the package remains your responsibility until it arrives with us. We recommend that you acquire a proof of postage and retain the receipt till you have received our email confirmation.

For refund of postage cost, please email us a copy of your postage receipt. We will refund you the postage cost incurred, up to the following value (in USD):
• USA – $20
• Europe – $20
• Australia – $20
• Asia – $15
• Rest of the World – $20
Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification. If you have not received this email within 14 days after the package is posted, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will look into your return and get back to you ASAP. Postage cost will be refunded simultaneously with items returned for refund.
Should you find your items not suit you perfectly, we will issue a full refund for items purchased that are returned according to this Returns Policy. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card (excluding original delivery charges, if any).
Although we will try to process the refund as soon as your returns package arrives, it may take up to 3-4 weeks for the bank to processing your refund. If the date on your payment or credit card has expired or for any reason the original card has been cancelled, please contact email@example.com so that we can update your payment type and ensure that your refund gets processed correctly.
If you would like to return your item for an exchange of its size or colour, please follow the steps in the above-mentioned section “How to Make a Return”. Once your return package is received your replacement will be shipped to you free of charge.
All exchanges are based on stock availability. Please contact our Customer Service Representatives at firstname.lastname@example.org to if you wish to reserve your replacement.
If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a refund and purchase the new item separately.
