Shipping and Delivery

 

  • Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days after confirmation of payment
  • You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.
  • We do not deliver to PO boxes and hotels. Please make sure the delivery address will have someone to receive the goods.
  • We will use FedEx or other express couriers for delivery. Online tracking number will be provided for tracking the delivery status after parcels are being posted.
  • Tracking numbers will be sent to the email you entered when you made the order. Please make sure your email address is valid, otherwise, you will not receive the tracking information.
  • All items will only be shipped to the shipping address filled in during your ordering process. Please make sure your address is correct.
  • Shipping charge is good for one single shipment only. The same shipping charge is required for resending returned parcel.
  • We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

 

Undeliverable Order

 

  • Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, a PO Box and hotel address, failed delivery attempts, refuse to pay tax/ refuse to provide ID copy/ unable to make import declarations or parcel refused by recipient.
  • When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee, handling fee and 15% of the value of products as re-stocking fee.
  • We can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. However, customers will be charged for the shipping fee of resending the parcel.
